  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Perishable items, including ice cream, cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods (e.g., ice cream)
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items marked as final sale

Return Process:

  • Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.
  • Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Partial Refunds:
